Mooney Property- Hardee County
Habitat Mapping and Site Plan Development, Hardee County, Florida, Project Manager. Using aerial photo interpretation in conjunction with GIS data and limited groundtruthing, prepared habitat maps for this 1200-acre site in Hardee County. Assisted the project engineer in developing a preliminary site plan for the project. Researched and obtained copies of the existing ERP and WUP permits issued by FDEP and SWFWMD and had preliminary contact regarding permitting issues.
St. Petersburg/Clearwater Airport Commercial Development, Pinellas County, Florida.
Earth Resources conducted a preliminary environmental assessment, wildlife surveys, obtained a formal jurisdictional wetland determination from the Southwest Florida Water Management District, and prepared environmental permit application for this 20-acre commercial development.
Hillsborough Commercial Development, Hillsborough County, Florida.
Performed wetland delineations, established seasonal high and normal pool water elevations in the on-site wetlands, coordinated with county and District staff and prepared Environmental Resource Permit Application for this 5-acre commercial development.
