This Florida Department of Transportation Project project involves the widening of Roosevelt Boulevard from four lanes to a six-lane divided expressway with two one-way frontage roads. Earth Resources is assisting the design engineer in addressing all environmental aspects of the project in accordance with state and federal environmental regulations. Environmental issues include wetland surface water impacts and protected species (i.e. wood stork). Earth Resources staff coordinated with the FDOT staff, the USFWS, ACOE and SWFWMD to resolve environmental permitting issues.
