Nancy Scott, the president of Earth Resources, Inc., has more than 18 years experience including three years with the Southwest Florida Water Management District. Her tenure at SWFWMD has given her a unique insight into the permitting process that has a direct benefit to clients – reduced permitting timelines. Ms. Scott’s experience enables her to find creative solutions to environmental challenges that face clients. Ms. Scott’s professional experience includes a wide variety of projects including habitat restoration, transportation and utility corridor studies, wetland health assessments and monitoring and development consulting throughout the United States.
